Important Information Regarding Joue.app Alpha Version (0.1.0-alpha) and Data Privacy

1. Beta Version Acknowledgment

This version of the Joue App is a beta release, made available for testing, evaluation, and feedback purposes only. Features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to change. You understand that you are participating voluntarily in a test version and that data loss, service disruptions, or bugs may occur. Your continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of these conditions.

2. No Guarantee of Service or Availability

As a beta version, Joue App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data retention, or compatibility with future versions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice

3. User-Generated Content and Responsibility

Joue App allows users to post and share content. We do not endorse, monitor, or pre-approve user content. You remain solely responsible for any material you share and must ensure that your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

4. Not a Professional or Emergency Service

Joue Appis intended solely for personal and social purposes. It does not offer professional advice (e.g., legal, medical, financial) and must not be relied on in emergencies or critical situations. Seek appropriate professional assistance as needed.
